Description
In this article, six sources of power influence for the manager are explained in detail. Three of them come under Position Power Influencers and three more come under Personal Power Influencers. These sources of power influence, when used correctly, can enable a manager to win respect and/or trust, and help the manager to influence his or her team to gain more effective results.
